Copper River Nouveau (CRN) is the Prince William Sound Science Center’s annual fundraising gala, set for June 7, 2025. It’s a celebration of regional resilience, science, education, community, and wild salmon. During this event, we honor the effort it takes from the Science Center and our partners near and far to maintain community resilience among healthy ecosystems.

The Auction Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of the online and live auctions. You will report directly to the CRN Event Coordinator and work with our fundraising board committee members and other volunteers.

Tasks include but are not limited to pre-event solicitations and data entry; taking and compiling photographs of auction items for online presentation; event day set-up and management; mailing auction items; sending tax receipts; and other follow up requirements.

Hours will be part-time and flexible February through mid-May. Mid-May through mid-June will require full-time work. Total time for the project will be approximately 320 hours of work and is expected to go through June 2025. Must be available all day on Saturday, June 7, 2025.
