The Pioneers of Alaska is a member organization requiring 20 years Alaskan residency to join their chapter. They offer historical information about Cordova and the region along with a collection of historical items and photographs on display. They also support community events, offer scholarships, and serve as an event venue.

I am a Mother, Tribal Leader, Ancestral Skin Marker and Cultural Practitioner. I am a life long Cordovan and native to this land. I am working on my confidence and articulation of my personal experience as a native person. I am a lover of education and will continue to educate myself. Sharing my story as medicine for healing and transformation. Teaching by craft, lectures, coaching, therapy, and ancestral practices is my goal in this current business. It is hard for me to think of it as a business, but in this day and age this is how people make a living. At the very root of my work is conscious spirituality, honoring the sacred connection between fertility, birth, and the living ecology of the land.
